WAKE UP!!!! IT REALLY IS SPRING!!!!!!

The plastic is off the houses and the blankets are off the perennials! All the plants are waking up, will someone PLEASE shake Mother Nature and tell her it's time warm things up a bit!

Even though Jack Frost is still nipping at our toes, plants are being loaded on the trucks and heading out the gate. Our crops look AWESOME this year! Scroll down and check out the new batch of Mt Laurel!

AAAAAAH! THE SMELL OF MUD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well it was a wet and muddy walk through the houses on Friday but I was just glad it wasn't a snowy one! After a long, cold, icy winter it was so awesome to walk through and breathe in the smell of spring and green leaves! The best part was I could actually walk in the doors which have been open all week after being completely blocked with mountains of snow for so long. We are happy to report that we didn't lose any houses this winter and almost all our crops seem to have made it through beautifully! The weather made it hard to get many good pictures but I got a few and I promise next week's blog will be chock full of scrumptious plants! I hit the road Monday, so I hope to see all of you in the next few weeks! We have some amazing crops to offer this year, I can't wait to show them off!

Hard to believe spring will ever get here but it will, it will! Even though our houses have been covered with snow and ice, our plants are safe and snug, waiting to feel the warm spring sun. We are happy to report that despite the near 4 feet of snow we received this winter, we have lost NO houses or structures of any kind! Truly a blessing!
